Second Street Players Announces their 2027 Season and Puts Out Call for Directors
Milford, DE: Second Street Players is excited to announce their 2027 season and is putting out a Call for Directors.
Productions for 2027 still seeking directors are Rumors, Disney’s The Lion King Jr, Terms of Endearment, and Charlotte’s Web.
In addition to announcing their 2027 season, Second Street Players is now accepting applications to direct for these productions.
Please note there are two separate applications – one for those applying to direct for the first time at SSP and one for those who have previously directed at SSP.
SSP’s production calendar runs January – December of the following calendar year. Deadline for submissions will be August 21, 2026 (earlier submissions are encouraged and appreciated!).
All selected applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview. Interviews will begin on August 24, 2026.
Notification of Director selection will be completed no later than September 3, 2026.
